When the national carrier migrated its email system to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, it did so with Menshen. Over a thousand mailboxes, 24/7 operations, a fleet serving destinations across four continents, and an operational chain (crew rosters, catering confirmations at scale, instructions to ground handling, dispatch, communication with control towers and with the Operations Directorate) that runs entirely through email. The migration was delivered with no data loss and no mailflow interruption. The flights kept taking off.
More than eight years later, TAAG still runs on the same platform. The same methodology, and the same team, today migrate a 25-user business, to the same standard of rigour.
