Menshen Support Hours

Specialist technical support, when you need it. Draw on our team of specialists flexibly and predictably, without growing your internal structure or taking on permanent costs.

Why

Even with an IT team, there is always the one-off

Even if you have an IT team, specialist and one-off technical support is often needed. The hour package is a prepaid pool of hours, drawn down when the need arises, whether a single intervention or standing capacity used across the year.

  • Resolving more complex problems
  • Technologies and specialities not fully supported in-house
  • Additional expertise for specific tasks
  • Temporary support during work peaks

Advantages

Why it works

Full flexibility

Use the hours when you need them, for a single intervention or as capacity across the year.

Certified specialists

Microsoft, Kaspersky and Veeam (VMCE) certifications on Menshen's own team, in Angola.

Fast response

With the hours pre-purchased, you open a request by email or phone and work starts without a new commercial cycle.

Cost optimisation

Predictable cost, without the fixed overhead of keeping specialists in-house.

Documented follow-through

A report for every intervention and a record of hours used, so you always know what was done and what remains.

Available packages

Choose by expected volume

10 hours

Lower volume of hours, base value.

25 hours

A balance between flexibility and savings.

Best value / hour

50 hours

Higher volume, with the best value per hour.

Package size reflects expected volume only, not the type of use. The value per hour decreases as the package grows, and is provided in a proposal. Talk to us for the current proposal.

A flexible model

One pool of hours, many scenarios

It is also adopted by organisations with their own IT team. Several of our largest clients keep a package active throughout the year. They use it for:

  • One-off, non-recurring fixes and tasks that do not warrant a formal proposal
  • Specialist knowledge you do not keep in-house (Kaspersky, Veeam, Microsoft 365)
  • Support during work peaks
  • Continuity when key members of the technical team are away
  • A second technical opinion

How to start

Choose the package that fits your need: 10, 25 or 50 hours.

  2. 2

    Open your request

Open your request by email or phone, with a description of the task.

  3. 3

    Track usage

Track your hours as they are used, with a report for every intervention.

Scope note

The hours give access to Menshen's own team, from routine help to senior expertise. The boundary is not competence, it is the type of engagement: large or standardised projects (for example, large migrations or deployments) are framed as a project, with a proposal, and delivered by the same team. For recurring, predictable needs, a managed-services contract is usually more cost-effective than drawing down hours. See Managed Services or talk to us to define the right scope.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

  • How much does an hour package cost?
There are three packages, by volume of hours: 10, 25 or 50 hours. The value per hour decreases as the package grows. The figure is provided in a proposal; talk to us for the current value.
  • Do the hours expire?
Yes. The hours have a usage period, set out in the proposal. After that period, any hours not used expire.
  • Is support remote or on-site?
Remote support is valid anywhere. On-site visits to your premises are only made in Luanda and Luanda-Sul; the terms are set out in the proposal.
  • Can I use the hour package for a migration or a large project?
The hour package is for one-off support and small tasks. Large or standardised projects (for example, large migrations or deployments) are framed as a project, with a proposal, and delivered by the same team.
  • Who delivers the support?
Menshen's in-country team in Angola, from routine help to senior depth: certified specialists in Microsoft (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure), Kaspersky and Veeam (VMCE).
