Moving email should be a non-event
Migrating a company’s email is one of those projects that is invisible when it goes well and unforgettable when it goes badly. Lost messages, a mailbox that will not switch over on Monday morning, calendars that disappear: the failure modes are well known, which is exactly why so many organisations keep postponing the move.
Menshen has packaged this work into a single, fixed-scope service: email migration to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online, delivered entirely remotely by our own Microsoft 365 team, with no dependency on a foreign partner.
What it covers
The service moves mailboxes from the systems Angolan organisations actually run today:
- cPanel / IMAP mail
- Zimbra
- on-premises Microsoft Exchange
- Google Workspace
- PST archives, and other IMAP-compatible systems
It is delivered in five clear phases:
- Assessment of the current system, including integration and dependency mapping.
- Preparation and configuration of the Microsoft 365 tenant.
- Migration of mailboxes and supported data, with active monitoring.
- Activation, including the DNS cutover to the new system.
- Handover, with documentation and post-go-live support.
Every engagement includes a security baseline (Exchange Online Protection and multi-factor authentication), replication of external contacts, guidance on the third-party systems that need updating for compatibility, full documentation, a handover session, and a bundled block of support hours to draw on after go-live.
Fixed scope, predictable delivery
Because the service is productised, the scope and the deliverables are defined up front rather than discovered along the way. The price scales with the number of mailboxes and is agreed before any work begins.
Who it is for
Any organisation moving from cPanel, Zimbra, on-premises Exchange, Google Workspace, or PST archives to Microsoft 365, from a handful of mailboxes up to around a hundred. Larger or more complex environments are scoped individually.
